Assist Store Manager in managing the perishable departments including produce, fresh meat, dairy, frozen foods, bread, and bakery items.;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels and implement plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidelines.;
Train and supervise associates in proper stocking, safety, and customer service within perishable areas.;
Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences; adjust inventory accordingly.;
Ensure sanitation standards and safety practices are followed in the Perishable departments..
