Lids - 4400 Ashford Dunwoody Road Northeast - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow up.;
Administer the progressive steps of discipline to include verbal and written warning in the absence of the Store Manager.;
Handle scheduling and staffing the store including calling in associates to work in unexpected peaks when the Store Manager is not present.;
Drive customer experience by executing selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
