Assistant Store Manager​/Key Carrier

Roses - 104 Williams Street - Responsibilities:
Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members as delegated by the Store Manager;
Assist with all store functions and day-to-day store activities as directed by the Store Manager;
Perform opening and closing procedures in the absence of the Store Manager;
Protect and secure store assets including cash;
Maintain professional environment with customers and staff;
Direct supervisory responsibility for all hourly team members when Store Manager not on the premises;
Process Corporate directives;
Assist with receipt/return of merchandise and freight flow;
Meet or exceed productivity standards;
Assist with ordering and stocking merchandise and maintaining stockroom organization;
Ensure sales floor is sales-effective daily;
Implement Store Operations Weekly Bulletin directives
