Retail Manager

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is seeking a Retail Manager to lead our country store operations within our restaurant location. In this role, you'll oversee daily retail floor activities, drive sales, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure an inviting, nostalgic shopping experience. You'll train, schedule, and coach team members, uphold Southern hospitality standards, resolve guest concerns, and partner with restaurant leadership to support promotions and store goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations within the restaurant location
• Lead, train, schedule, and coach retail team members
• Deliver friendly, guest-focused service and resolve shopper concerns
• Manage merchandising, displays, and seasonal product sets
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and stock presentation
• Ensure proper cash handling, POS accuracy, and sales reporting
• Meet or exceed sales and profitability goals for the retail shop
• Enforce company policies, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership on promotions and guest experience
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback for team members
