Seasonal Part-Time Brand Ambassador

The Part-Time Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring service and supports sales goals in a Ralph Lauren store. This customer-focused role contributes to an inclusive, collaborative shopping experience and supports store initiatives.

• Drive sales by putting customers at the center of decisions and building client relationships.
• Support store initiatives, team training, and alternative shopping and product discovery options.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, and share customer and category feedback with management.
• Represent the brand and deliver a consistent customer experience.

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Operate a register and remain mobile on the sales floor for multiple hours; lift or climb as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
