The salesperson reports to the manager/owner.
Duties and Relationships
Comprehensive training program - we want to set you up for successWorks company supplied leads with support from ownershipCreates outside leads and sales other than those generated by the company.Grows networking relationships with other trade partners, realtors, and various other relationships that can cross pollinate for both parties.Spends time with each prospect to determine their needs and wants and how to best meet those needs.Works with installation, ownership and project management to have a cursory understanding of their roles and how to work in a team atmosphere to best create a successful environment for all parties.Photographs the remodeling jobs that are being measured to provide “before” photographs for the showroom album.Gathers information on all job-related products in order to provide a presentation to the customer.Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.Collects payments from customers.Communicates necessary information to KTU Design Services to enable them to complete a cabinet order.Completes the purchase order requisition to enable the Administrative Assistant to type the purchase order.Initiates any job change orders and communicates to all parties for full transparency and efficiency.Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details.Continues customer contact during the job and monitor all related activities.Processes all credit card payments from the customer.Does post job follow up to ensure customer's satisfaction with the job and process.Secures reviews and does their best to find solutions for the customer if need be to create the best opportunity for positive reviews.Loves to see not only great pay but bonus opportunities to continue to maximize their compensation throughout the year.Sales experience not necessary but encouraged. Design experience not necessary but encouraged. If none, we will work with you and train you (you will have a support team). Have a positive attitude, don't look for problems - look for opportunities and solutions. Professional appearance and presentation a must. Reliable transportation a must.
