We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team full-time. In this on-line role, the SDR will focus on initiating contact with potential clients, conducting outreach to generate leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for the sales team. Partnering closely with our sales and marketing teams, the representative will handle initial communications to identify and engage with customers across the roofing industry.

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively source and engage prospective clients
• Strong skills in Communication to build rapport and maintain professional customer interactions
• Experience in Sales and Business Development to develop and follow up on opportunities
