Full-Time | Base Pay + Commission (Based on Experience)

Position OverviewThis role combines outside sales, estimating, and project coordination
. You will meet with prospective customers, assess project needs, measure job sites, prepare proposals, and guide customers through the decision process.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in the field, building relationships, and closing deals—while also staying organized and detail-focused.
What You’ll Do- Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess fencing needs
- Measure job sites and evaluate materials, labor, and project scope
- Prepare accurate, detailed estimates and proposals
- Follow up with prospects and close sales
- Maintain clear communication throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with installation teams for smooth project handoff
- Track estimates, contracts, and customer communication
- Represent the company professionally and honestly at all times
- Experience in sales, estimating, or construction-related roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage time, schedule appointments, and stay organized
- Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and estimating tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fencing, construction, or home improvement sales experience
- Estimating experience (measurements, takeoffs, pricing)
- Knowledge of residential and commercial fencing materials and systems
- Competitive base pay + commission (based on experience)
