REGISTER TAPE NETWORKHiring business to business sales executives to work with local businesses in a designated territory. Target earnings of $75K to $85K annually; top performers target earnings of $90K to $150K annually.
Must be ambitious, driven to success, self-motivated, and willing to follow a proven sales process while working a challenging role.
Field reps are provided paid training along with continuous training for the opportunity to advance to their maximum potential and become proficient in a one‑call close process.
About the OrganizationRegister Tape Network pioneered selling advertising space directly on supermarket cash register tape receipts using four color professionally printed ads since 1951 and partnered with Dollar General stores over the past 14 years.
RTN provides the best nationally recognized in‑store branding and advertising for local businesses.
Job Requirements- Minimal 1 year of B2B sales experience.
- Memorize the RTN presentation (earns a $250 bonus).
- Follow a proven process.
- Coachable, professional phone presence.
- Ability to handle objections, close, and be computer savvy.
- Commute to assigned location (local Ingles Supermarket or Dollar General) to work Monday through Friday.
- Daily prospecting, make calls to local businesses to set face‑to‑face appointments with decision makers.
- Present the RTN program and close.
- Market locations change weekly; all markets are approximately within a 50-60 mile radius of the home base. Distance varies weekly.
- $52K fixed incentive comprised of a $32K annual salary (pays weekly) plus $20K additional opportunity to earn a minimum of $200 per week in bonus money, which can be higher.
- Additional weekly, monthly, and quarterly bonuses plus a cash collected bonus plus a gas allowance of $200 (pays weekly).
- Uncapped commissions as high as 30%.
- Bonuses are based on activity starting as soon as training is completed.
- Field Representatives are paid what they earn in high commissions and bonuses plus a salary.
- Multiple bonus structures, iPhone and iPad provided, gas allowance (pays weekly).
