Cherokee County, Cobb County and North GA | Full Time | $15 per hour plus event bonuses.

We’re Nothing Bundt Cakes and we’re looking for an energetic, sales‑mindful Event Lead to manage events, promote our Bundt cakes and create joy around the bakery experience.

• Represent the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups.
• Set up and break down event equipment such as tables, signage, tents, and display stands.
• Track event progress, manage inventory, and maintain organization and communication.
• Convince attendees to purchase using a sales‑driven approach.
• Engage attendees to make them appreciate our cakes.
• Attend community meetings such as Chamber of Commerce and networking events to boost local visibility.
• Participate in local bakery marketing activities, brainstorming promos and surprise deliveries.
• Contribute social‑media content, capture photos during events and within the bakery, and support online engagement.

• Sales‑savvy with proven experience meeting or exceeding quotas or working on a sales‑bonus structure.
• Out‑going, tenacious, and full of positive energy.
• Motivated and persistent, determined to win.
• Available to work weekends.
• Willing to travel between Cherokee, Cobb, and North GA bakeries when needed.
• Has reliable transportation.
• Comfortable lifting supplies and setting up tents.

• $14 per hour starting pay.
