AM Parts Sales Rep

Aftermarket Parts Sales Representative – Zalkin product brand, Statham, GA.

• Work with Zalkin customers to determine the correct parts needed.
• Enter accurate parts information into our computer system to process customer quotes/orders.
• Update and maintain customers' engineering files to ensure accurate information for future inquiries.
• Take customer phone calls and e-mails for Zalkin machinery parts requests.
• Provide quotes for customer requests in a timely manner and follow up.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent customer relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus.
• Basic knowledge of technical aspects of machinery and bill of materials.
• Ability to multi‑task and solve problems.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
