Customer Service Rep, Bilingual
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for all inbound sales inquiries and generate new business. The successful candidate must be an articulate self-starter with great organizational and communication skills. Customer Service Representatives spend a majority of their time interacting with clients via the telephone, internet, and email conversations, assessing customers’ needs, recommending products that fulfill those needs, developing price quotes, and presenting options.
They work with customers to complete the necessary paperwork and sales contracts.

- Data entry of all communication activity about customer accounts
- Plan and organize daily workload and/or sales appointments.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information via email.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 2-5 years Sales experience, preferably in a call center or related sales position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good mathematical and geographic skills
- Intermediate skill proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
