ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Global Accounts
.

, you will grow new market share for ADP’s HCM solutions to large market prospects (1,000+ employees) within a defined territory. You will bring proven expertise and responsiveness to a team dedicated to partnership and strong client relationships, in a dynamic work environment that supports work-life balance and ongoing development.
Sales Representatives for Enterprise Accounts collaborate with internal partners; deals are rarely closed without teamwork. This role is suited for those who thrive in a collaborative, dynamic team rather than a lone-wolf approach. The company supports personal training and development in a diverse, non-bureaucratic setting that respects flexible schedules.
What You’ll Do- Grow the business while expanding your own book of business. Work independently and with teams to attain or exceed revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
- Plan and report to achieve success. Develop an annual business plan, set sales and activity goals, prepare Account Plans for prospective clients, and maintain a current prospective business report.
- Market research and strategy. Develop prospective client sources, utilize sales automation tools, identify competitive prospects, and broaden knowledge of ADP products versus competitors.
- Collaborate daily. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, and work with U.S. and Global Enterprise Accounts teams on joint opportunities and relationships.
- 5+ years of enterprise/global level sales experience.
- Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP’s competitors is an asset.
- Base salary offers vary by location, skills and experience. Some roles include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Actual compensation will comply with applicable wage laws.
