Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
  • Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or customer‑facing sales experience preferred
  • Passion for helping individuals and families protect their assets (Client‑Focused)
  • Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset (Team‑Oriented)
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities (Communication Skills)
  • Highly organized with strong follow‑through and time‑management skills (Detail‑Oriented)
Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross‑selling existing clients. Identify, develop, and close qualified leads from multiple sources. Educate clients on coverage options to protect their families, homes, and assets. Deliver an outstanding and consistent customer experience. Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through trusted advice.
