Licensed Insurance Sales Professional Opportunity Are you a licensed insurance agent looking for a meaningful career with a local business backed by a nationally recognized and trusted brand? As a Licensed Insurance Sales Professional, you will play a key role in growing a local Allstate agency by connecting with new prospects, strengthening client relationships, and delivering trusted insurance guidance within the community.
Your expertise will help clients better understand their coverage options and protect what matters most, while building long‑term relationships based on trust and value.

Requirements- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or customer‑facing sales experience preferred
- Passion for helping individuals and families protect their assets (Client‑Focused)
- Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset (Team‑Oriented)
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities (Communication Skills)
- Highly organized with strong follow‑through and time‑management skills (Detail‑Oriented)
Achieve sales goals by generating new business and cross‑selling existing clients. Identify, develop, and close qualified leads from multiple sources. Educate clients on coverage options to protect their families, homes, and assets. Deliver an outstanding and consistent customer experience. Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through trusted advice.
