In this role, you will engage with customers, understand their vehicle needs, and provide exceptional service to help them find the perfect car. You will play a vital part in driving sales and maintaining a positive dealership reputation.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information.
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet dealership sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
