Hilton Peachtree City Hotel is seeking a Director of Sales who is energized by performance, inspired by leadership, and motivated by building something exceptional. The impact you’ll makeYou’ll shape the hotel’s commercial success by driving total revenue growth—with a strong emphasis on group business, catering, and food & beverage. You’ll own the strategy, lead the cadence, and inspire the execution—turning relationships into revenue and plans into measurable outcomes.
What you’ll lead (and love doing)Drive revenue with intention:
Build and execute proactive sales strategies that grow occupancy, market share, and total hotel revenue through disciplined prospecting, account development, and closing.
Be the catalyst for catering & F&B growth:
Lead strong catering and event sales performance through collaboration, compelling proposals, and confident negotiation—selling what we can deliver beautifully.
Partner with Revenue Management:
Align selling strategy with demand, pace, and pricing—using data to win smarter, not just harder.
Build a powerhouse team:
Coach, mentor, and hold the sales team accountable to high standards—creating a spirited, results‑driven culture grounded in trust, clarity, and achievement.
Show up in the market:
Strengthen visibility and engagement through a confident presence across community partnerships and social media/digital platforms that support hotel demand generation.
Proven hotel sales leadership with measurable results and consistent goal achievement.
Strong experience driving group + catering/F&B revenue in a performance‑focused environment.
Revenue‑minded commercial thinking and comfort partnering with Revenue Management.
Confidence leading people—training, motivating, and building accountability the right way.
Hilton experience is a plus.
