Role Description
* This role has an opportunity for commission growth once proper licensing is earned.
The Account Manager is a part‑time, hybrid role responsible for managing client relationships, managing appointments and supporting the team with daily tasks as necessary. Day‑to‑day tasks include communicating with clients to understand their objectives, reviewing existing coverage, taking notes to communicate clearly to the sales team. The Account Manager will prepare and update client documentation, track key milestones, and follow up on action items to ensure plans are implemented effectively.
This role also involves collaborating with internal specialists, scheduling virtual meetings, and maintaining accurate records in company systems to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
On‑site training and periodical account visits are required.
Qualifications- Client relationship and communication skills to engage with individuals and employers to understand their goals
- Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills for reviewing financial information
- Comfort with Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel, Adobe editors, and remote collaboration platforms for virtual meetings, documentation, and workflow management.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards in all client interactions is required.
