Key Responsibilities
:

• Inform customers about new comfort systems and assist them in achieving healthy, comfortable, and safe environments.
• Deliver effective sales presentations, aligning with company procedures, to highlight the value of our services.
• Oversee jobs from scheduling to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely collections.
• Prepare accurate job proposals and pricing, adhering to company standards to ensure profitability.
• Obtain customer agreements, follow up on site visits, and maintain communication throughout the installation process.
• Work closely with installers, department managers, and support staff to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prospect for new customers through outbound calls and referrals from satisfied customers.

What You Need:

• Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
• 2 years of Sales experience.
• 1 years of HVAC experience preferred
• Physical dexterity
• Flexible working hours day/nights/weekends
