We are looking for an Aftermarket parts sales representative for Pro Mach's Zalkin product brand. Zalkin is a global leader in high-performance bottle capping machines and cap handling systems for beverages, foods, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and beyond. This position is located in our Statham, GA offices and supports strategic development of proactive parts sales, retrofits, and upgrades using historic sales data to uncover opportunities on past machine install base.
Zalkin Americas is seeking a talented AM Parts Specialist. The position is responsible for handling all details involving Zalkin Americas's customers for after-market parts requirements. Work in parts order fulfillment assisting the parts manager.
In this role, you will:
- Work with Zalkin customers to determine the correct parts needed.
- Enter accurate parts information into our computer system to process customers' quotes/orders.
- Updates and maintains customers engineering files to ensure accurate information for future inquires.
- Take customer phone calls and e-mails for Zalkin machinery parts requests.
- Provide quotes for customer requests in a timely manner and follow up.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
- Other duties as needed.
Job requirements:
- Technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Self-motivated and good organizational skills.
- Excellent customer relationship building skills with strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively in a team environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds.
- Microsoft Suite experience.
- Experience with "Salesforce" a strong plus.
- Basic knowledge of technical aspects of machinery and machinery bill of materials.
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.
