Daniel Defense LLC seeks a Sales Representative to drive growth of our premium firearms and accessories in law enforcement, military, and civilian markets. In this role, you will prospect and qualify new accounts, manage and grow existing relationships, and deliver knowledgeable product guidance aligned with our quality and safety standards. You will prepare quotes, negotiate pricing within guidelines, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Working closely with manufacturing and customer service, you'll provide feedback on demand, support trade events, and uphold all firearms and regulatory compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new B2
- B customers in assigned territories and channels
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular outreach and relationship building
- Provide expert guidance on Daniel Defense firearms and accessories to match customer needs
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and bids; negotiate pricing within company guidelines
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports
- Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and customer service to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery
- Represent Daniel Defense at trade shows, demos, and industry events
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
- Ensure strict adherence to firearms, ATF, and export compliance regulations
- Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
