We are open Monday-Friday (7 AM - 9 PM) and Saturday-Sunday (8 AM - 8 PM).
We offer flexible shift options, including:
- Weekdays (M-F)
- Opening Shifts (6:40AM - 1:00PM and 6:40AM - 3:00PM)
- Closing Shifts (1:00PM - 9:20PM and 3:00PM - 9:20PM)
- Weekends (S-S)
- Opening Shift (7:40AM - 1:30PM)
- Closing Shift (1:30PM - 8:20PM)
Shift selection is flexible! We will discuss your availability when interviewing.
What You’ll Be Doing- Confidently sell memberships in a commission-based environment
- Engage and follow up with leads using our CRM
- Educate guests on the benefits of infrared saunas and Perspire memberships
- Schedule reservations and follow-up appointments
- Give studio tours and answer guest inquiries
- Create a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for all members
- Turn over and sanitize sauna rooms between sessions
- Maintain and organize the towel supply area
- A positive, upbeat attitude with a passion for helping people
- A team player who loves engaging with others
- A reliable and dependable work ethic (strong attendance history required)
- Evening and/or weekend availability is required
