About the role
As a Relationship Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor for corporate clients seeking secured financing solutions. You'll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment where integrity and collaboration come first.
Key responsibilities
Identify and onboard new corporate clients for property-backed loans, while nurturing existing relationships
Promote our range of financial solutions and provide clear, consultative guidance tailored to client needs
Achieve KPIs through strategic prospecting and relationship-driven sales
Build a strong referral network through genuine partnerships and industry engagement
Prepare credit proposals with financial analysis that reflects a deep understanding of client objectives
About you
Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
1 years experience in secured lending, term loans, or mortgage financing preferred
Background in B2B sales from financial/credit firms is advantageous
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to listen, understand, and solve client challenges
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
