PT Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks a PT Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in our retail store. You'll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, using strong product knowledge and consultative selling skills. Responsibilities include processing rentals and sales, maintaining merchandising and store cleanliness, supporting school programs, and meeting performance goals. You'll collaborate with a student-focused, inclusive team while promoting music education and participating in community outreach events to grow store traffic and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative sales support to students, parents, and educators for instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons
• Deliver high-level customer service and build long-term customer relationships
• Process sales, rentals, returns, and lesson enrollments accurately in POS systems
• Maintain merchandising standards, inventory organization, and store cleanliness
• Support school service programs and local music education initiatives
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales and performance goals
• Explain financing, rental agreements, and protection plans clearly to customers
• Coordinate with lesson instructors and staff to support lesson scheduling and growth
• Assist with in-store events, outreach, and community engagement activities
• Handle basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns to store leadership
