Waste Pro is looking for a fearless Commercial & Manufacturing Sales Closer to take North Georgia by storm. If you can turn dumpsters and factory waste streams into golden revenue opportunities, we want you on our team.

We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help us grow. In this role, you will be the face of Waste Pro in your local community. You will build partnerships, connect with local business leaders, and help clients find the perfect waste and recycling solutions.

You won't just be selling a service. You will be a trusted consultant. You will work closely with our internal teams and division managers to ensure that world-class service is provided to our clients every single day. Thus, building net promoters of Waste Pro’s services.

• Grow your territory:
  Find new business opportunities and build a strong, loyal customer base through phone calls, networking, and in-person visits.
• Build lasting relationships:
  Connect deeply with local business owners, contractors, and city officials to keep our current clients happy and win new ones.
• Hit your goals:
  Meet your daily and weekly sales activity goals while keeping our service profitable.
• Win competitive bids:
  Keep an eye on market trends, learn what the competition is doing, and team up with our corporate marketing crew to write winning proposals.
• Speak their language:
  Use your understanding of corporate purchasing to effortlessly navigate the bidding process with commercial clients.
• Solve job site challenges:
  Partner with local manufacturing plants, construction sites, and flooring contractors to handle their unique cleanup and recycling needs.

We love finding people with unique backgrounds! You will be a fantastic fit if you have 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, plus any of the following:

• A procurement background:
  If you have worked in purchasing or vendor management, you already know exactly how buyers think. This gives you a massive advantage!
• Industry roots:
  Experience working within or selling to the manufacturing, construction, or commercial flooring sectors is a huge plus.
• Specialized know-how:
  You understand construction job site logistics, industrial waste streams, or what it takes to dispose of heavy materials like flooring.
• People skills:
  You are a great listener, a smooth negotiator, and comfortable talking to everyone from job site supervisors to corporate executives.
• On-the-go mindset:
  You love being out of the office! A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for traveling around your territory.

• Pitch top-tier waste and recycling solutions to the region's biggest manufacturing plants and commercial hubs.
• Work in Gorgeous Scenic, booming North Georgia - where industrial growth means endless pipeline potential.
• No boring desks all day. You'll be out meeting business owners, touring plants, and sealing deals.
• You'll have a strong support system consisting of divisional and regional leaders to assist you with meeting business goals/objectives.
• Multiple training opportunities will be made available for you to expand your knowledge, skill and abilities.
