We’re seeking a dynamic, highly organized Part-Time Event Coordinator who excels at managing multiple moving parts, hosting regional events, and overseeing all logistics so our sales team can focus entirely on what they do best: selling. The schedule is flexible yet demanding, centered primarily around weekends, gun shows, and regional activations, with weekday events consistently available. This is a part-time role—typically requiring 10 to 20 hours per week depending on the regional event calendar. Reliability and meticulous planning are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and Host Events: Act as the on‑site operational lead and host for sales events, gun shows, and community presentations, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

• End-to-End Logistics Management: Coordinate venue bookings, permits, travel logistics, equipment transport, and event layouts to guarantee seamless execution from start to finish.

• Sales Team Support: Supply the sales staff with all necessary collateral, tech setup, enrollment materials, and promotional gear so they can maximize their selling potential.

• On-Site Troubleshooting: Swiftly resolve technical or logistical challenges under pressure to keep events running smoothly and on schedule.

• Post-Event Reporting: Track attendance, inventory, event expenses, and key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to sales leadership.

• Brand Representation: Represent U.S. Law Shield with professionalism, enthusiasm, and alignment with our core mission.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven event planning or operations experience
  , ideally managing multiple simultaneous events or activations.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for logistical detail.

• Strong interpersonal and hosting skills —comfortable greeting attendees, coordinating with venue staff, and supporting sales representatives.

• Tech proficiency under pressure (setting up audio/visual equipment, tablets, mobile checkout apps, and troubleshooting on the fly).

• Deep passion for firearms, self‑defense education, and the 2nd Amendment.

• Flexibility to travel and work unconventional hours, including weekends and evenings as event schedules require.

• Plus: Background in sales support, hospitality management, project management, or military/law enforcement logistics.
