As a Security Officer - Campus Patrol in West Point, GA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a high-activity automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly, respond to concerns, and deliver standout customer service to employees and visitors.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including contacting emergency services and notifying site leadership as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, including parking areas, vehicle storage lots, loading docks, and interior common areas as assigned.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by monitoring entry points, verifying identification and/or credentials, managing visitor and vendor check‑in, and directing traffic flow when needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns in written reports and electronic logs, and communicate relevant updates during shift change briefings.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
