Security Officer - Patrol Driver

Location: Greensboro

Allied Universal - Up to $17.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, amenities, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.;
Control access through gates, lobbies, and/or visitor check-in areas by verifying identification, issuing visitor passes when applicable, and directing guests to the appropriate destination.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, suspicious activity, and/or disturbances; contact law enforcement and/or management as directed by post orders.;
Complete shift activity logs and incident reports with clear, accurate details, and communicate notable events to oncoming personnel and/or property management.
