As a Security Officer Access Control Driver in Saint Simons Island, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to guests, residents, staff, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

* Monitor entrances, exits, lobbies, and restricted areas to help manage authorized access, verify credentials, and document visitor activity in accordance with post instructions.

* Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with property management and/or local responders as needed.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns or maintenance issues.

* Prepare accurate reports of daily activities, access-related events, and unusual occurrences, and help to deter policy violations through visible presence and professional interaction.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

* CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

* CPR certification is preferred.

* Access control and badge experience is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
