Security, Salary Range: $12.00 - $12.00, Shift: Split (PT Weekend Officer, Rotating Shift of 1 weekend – Saturday – Sunday 6am - 2pm, and then the next weekend Saturday and Sunday 2pm - 10pm). On occasion, you will be expected to fill in hours during the week for others on the team.

• Assist Allegiance management in delegated duties and functions
• Follow written or verbal directives
• Stand or walk constantly for multiple hours, up to an entire shift, on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet, grass, dirt)
• Monitor security cameras
• Public relations and awareness, and deal tactfully with the public
• Assist in investigations concerning loss or damage of client property
• Follow post orders, Allegiance policy and procedure and other directives
• Obtain and record detailed statements, write reports, interview, observe and document information in a professional manner

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening
• Ability to work all shifts
• Ability to understand, interpret and follow rules, instructions and lawful orders
• Ability to cope with stressful work situations
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Ability to detect safety hazards within the building and communicate with appropriate staff, as well as follow all mandated safety requirements
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain a Guard License
