Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify authorized access when required, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related issues;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
De-escalate routine interactions when appropriate and report hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
