Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

• Mon: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
• Wed: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
• Sat: 07:00 PM – 07:00 AM
• Sun: 07:00 PM – 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly, document details, and communicate with property contacts and emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe site activity, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, policy violations, or suspicious behavior to appropriate contacts.
• Assist with routine property operations by providing directions, answering questions, and supporting a professional environment for tenants, guests, and vendors.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal considers qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screening required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
