Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, patient-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare facility protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.;
Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures, directing individuals to appropriate areas while maintaining a professional and courteous presence.;
Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.
