Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entrances, exits, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site-specific procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed.;
Help maintain awareness of shipping and receiving activity, vehicle movement, and restricted areas while providing professional assistance and communicating concerns to site contacts.
