Clubhouse Maintenance Assistant

Overview

The Georgia Club is seeking a Clubhouse Maintenance Assistant
. This role will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the facility, ensuring all equipment and systems function efficiently. This position requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to facility maintenance.

• Maintenance & Repair:
  Perform routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and repair buildings, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency.

• Conduct scheduled maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and prevent breakdowns.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Keep detailed maintenance records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

• Ensure all maintenance activities align with safety guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper inventory management of tools and supplies.

• Licenses: Valid Driver’s License required.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED;
  Technical Institution preferred.

• Property & Facilities Maintenance.
• Troubleshooting & Repair. (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC)
• Mechanical Knowledge & Mechanically Inclined.
• Electrical Maintenance & Electrical Troubleshooting.
• Electrical Experience.
• Industrial Equipment & Industrial Maintenance.
• Equipment Repair.
• Rigging.
• Schematics Interpretation.
• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Ductwork, Masonry, Painting, and Carpentry.
• CMMS Experience.
• Safety & Compliance Knowledge.
• Inventory Management of Tools & Supplies.

• Languages: English required; bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
