MEMCO seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Painter/Sheetrock Installer to join a Remodeling team. This crew member will carry out a wide range of hands-on renovation tasks for both interior and exterior projects, such as demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, siding, fencing, and other related construction duties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform interior painting and drywall installation, finishing, and repairs
- Prep surfaces (patching, sanding, priming, masking, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow supervisor directions
- Work independently or as part of a small crew
- Assist with demolition, framing, flooring, siding, fencing, and other related construction duties
- Adhere to company safety policies and use proper PPE at all times
- Fluency in Spanish required; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- MIN 2yrs experience with painting and drywall
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced residential setting
- Must have basic hand tools
- Steel toe boots and full PPE required
- Must have reliable transportation
- MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
