• Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage your service route, using strong time‑management skills to stay on track and complete all tasks
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections
• Problem‑solve customer accounts to address current and future needs
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied
• Work closely with internal teams (customer service, sales, fellow service professionals) to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines
• Maintain a safety‑first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving company vehicles

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• No prior experience necessary (company will provide training)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roofs, etc.
• Work in all types of weather conditions
