HVAC - Service Technician – Maintenance
who takes pride in solving problems and delivering top-notch service. We are looking for highly technical HVAC Maintenance Technicians with residential experience that can promptly and effectively troubleshoot, diagnose and maintain air conditioning and heating units.

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
• Test HVAC system performance and efficiency using specialized tools and equipment
• Install, repair, or replace defective parts or components of HVAC systems
• Identify and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance system performance and energy efficiency
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC systems
• Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines while working on HVAC systems

• 1 year of residential HVAC service experience minimum
• Basic knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety procedures
• Experience managing fleet vehicles and product inventory
• Sales and Customer Service Experience required
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
