Solar Laborers - Per Diem & OT Opportunities - Rochelle, GA

PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. is seeking Solar Laborers to join their team in Rochelle, Georgia. These individuals will play a key role in supporting solar construction operations, assisting skilled trades, and maintaining a safe and efficient job site. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, adaptable, and eager to contribute to renewable energy projects.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and construction practices
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or kneel for long periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Must comply with PCL’s drug and alcohol abuse policy
• Must be able to pass physical examination, pre-employment if necessary
• Able to climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights as well as in confined spaces
• Must be able to work extended hours on your feet on uneven surfaces
• Must work all hours needed at the jobsite and possible weekends with short notice
• Understand and implement lockout/tagout procedures as needed
• Must be able to read and understand safety instructions, signs, labels, and permits in English

• OSHA 10 certification
• Prior experience working on utility-scale solar or renewable energy projects
• NCCER Core or equivalent industry training
