You will serve as a technical expert in building demolition, taking ownership of complex projects while operating high-performance machinery. This role provides the autonomy to execute strategic waste management and site clears for a company that prioritizes family-first culture and professional integrity.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Execute precision demolition of structures using 200 and 300 series excavators to meet project specifications.
- Coordinate with operations leadership to plan and implement site-specific demolition strategies and timelines.
- Perform rigorous daily equipment inspections to ensure the mechanical integrity and longevity of company assets.
- Manage onsite waste stream separation to optimize recycling efforts and maintain cost-effective disposal rates.
- Utilize digital CRM tools to document labor hours, material logs, and equipment maintenance records accurately.
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in building and industrial demolition.
- Expert proficiency in operating 200 and 300 series excavators in high-stakes environments.
- Proven track record of production efficiency supported by professional references.
- Absolute willingness to travel to various project assignments as required by the business.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead field execution with minimal oversight.
- Current OSHA 30 certification (Trinity Industrial Services will provide training for the right candidate).
- Advanced experience in complex mechanical demolition and specialized material handling.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adjust project plans in real-time to meet deadlines.
