We are seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades. The ideal candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades including plumbing, carpentry, tile, and drywall.

• Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
• Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.
• Sometimes, we take the time to fix something small and then point it out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.
• Someone who is punctual and efficient maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction.
• Enjoys being an integral part of a winning team.
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to exceed customers’ expectations.

• Proper equipment knowledge and skillful operation even if not all tools are owned.
• Troubleshooting skills: quick thinker, examine and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills: effective communication with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
• Presentable appearance: clean-cut, decent looking vehicle, organized tools.
