Description
Russell Landscape is seeking a dependable and skilled Enhancement Crew Member to assist with the installation of landscape enhancement projects for our commercial clients. This role is ideal for a motivated, hands-on team player with landscape installation experience and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with landscape enhancement installations including planting, mulching, seasonal color, sod installation, and small hardscape projects.
- Follow site plans and supervisor instructions to ensure work is completed to specifications.
- Perform physical labor tasks efficiently and safely on active jobsites.
- Operate landscape equipment and hand tools safely and properly.
- Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Communicate with crew leaders or supervisors regarding progress or issues.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- 1-3 years of landscape installation or enhancement experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plant material and installation techniques.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience operating landscape equipment and power tools is a plus.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform repetitive motions throughout the workday.
