Maintenance Technician - Ashford

Position: Maintenance Technician - The Ashford
Location: Atlanta

The Ashford is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician who doesn't just complete work orders but takes ownership, solves problems, and helps create a community our residents are proud to call home.

We're seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and brings a positive, team-first mindset to everything they do. If you're someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping others, you'll fit right in here.

What you'll be doing:

• Responding to and completing service requests with care and urgency
• Maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the community
• Completing apartment punch lists and make-ready units
• Performing drywall repair, painting, and general upkeep
• Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing and electrical issues

What you bring to the team:

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred
• Experience with appliances and plumbing repairs is a plus
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations
• A willingness to jump in, help out, and support the team

What you need to know:

• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• On-call rotation and weekend availability are required
