Perdue Farms - - Responsibilities:
Read, interpret, and follow manufacturers' equipment manuals and preventative maintenance task sheets;
Perform equipment adjustments and repairs, preventative maintenance and emergency breakdowns;
Operate under OSHA Lockout/Tagout and Company safety regulations;
Monitor performance of equipment and inform maintenance and production supervisors of potential problems;
Provide hands-on training and direction to lower-level mechanics and techs in servicing, repairing and maintaining equipment
