We are seeking a friendly, self‑motivated Maintenance Technician to join our growing team at Griner Gardens in Nashville, GA.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including appliance, water heater, electrical fixture, bulb, plumbing fixture, sink, and basic carpentry work.
• Apply specialized HVAC, plumbing, and electrical skills and assist the Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities and complete work orders and documentation to ensure accurate records of maintenance equipment operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff at all times.
• Assist with emergency maintenance calls 24/7, as required.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician and HVAC certification.
• Must be physically capable of moving heavy equipment safely and use proper equipment.
• Available for emergency calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Regular work hours are typically 8 am – 5 pm, Monday‑Friday, with occasional overtime.
• Background screening and drug test required.
