Position: Maintenance Electrician

Location: Joyalways-129 S Technology Drive, Reidsville, NC 27320

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday (with flexibility as needed for startup operations)

Compensation: From $39-$42hr

We’re hiring a Maintenance Electrician to support our new baby‑wipe manufacturing plant. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and perfect for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, equipment installation, and keeping production running smoothly.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on high‑speed converting and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, motors, and drives
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Support equipment startup and commissioning
• Work safely following OSHA, NFPA 70E, and GMP standards

• 5+ years as an Industrial Electrician
• Strong electrical and automation troubleshooting skills
• Experience in manufacturing (wipes, paper, food, or similar is a plus)
• Ability to read electrical schematics and work independently
• Comfortable in a startup environment with evolving processes
• Must have Electrical license
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial maintenance including high voltage protocols and OSHA standards

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work at heights or in tight spaces.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, reaching, and repetitive motions.
• Work safely around energized equipment following lockout/tagout and electrical safety protocols.
