Concrete Finisher

At Ledcor, we are looking for experienced Concrete Finishers to join our core crew and support telecommunications projects throughout Nevada and neighboring states.

• Construct and finish concrete foundations, equipment pads, and structural bases for telecommunications shelters.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Set and align wooden forms.
• Perform finishing techniques, including screeding, edging, troweling, raking, and brooming.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site‑specific requirements.

• Current OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain it shortly after hire.
• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel every four weeks throughout Nevada and surrounding states.

• Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., 8‑hour days.
• Overtime pay applies after 40 hours per week.
• Live‑out allowance provided.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Travel required for assignments.
