We are seeking plumbers of all experience levels. Compensation will be based on experience, certifications, licensing, and demonstrated performance.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver plumbing equipment and materials
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
• When provided with state‑of‑the‑art equipment, ability to consistently generate a minimum of $30,000 in monthly revenue while maintaining excellent customer reviews and workmanship
• Plumbing experience preferred but not required for all positions

• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch and office staff
• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, maintenance, and service calls
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Educate customers on repair and replacement options
• Complete all required job documentation accurately and timely
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional manner
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Participate in on‑call rotation and respond promptly to plumbing emergencies
• Represent the company professionally in appearance, attitude, and workmanship
• Contribute to a positive team environment and assist fellow team members when needed
