Maintenance Technician

Ranew's Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Milner, GA. The main role is to preserve the good condition and functionality of the premises by performing maintenance tasks on a wide variety of equipment and machinery. A maintenance technician must work autonomously and responsibly while observing all health and safety guidelines.

Location: Milner, GA

Salary: $18 - $21 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, and other tasks required to keep the equipment functioning properly.
• Maintain maintenance records up to date on all equipment.
• Communicate with managers on the progress of equipment repairs and maintenance.
