Ranew's Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Milner, GA. The position requires an extensive maintenance background and work history. The main role is to preserve the good condition and functionality of the premises. A maintenance technician performs maintenance tasks on a wide variety of equipment and machinery, working autonomously and responsibly while observing all health and safety guidelines.

The goal is to maintain buildings, common areas, and equipment in the best possible condition.

Location: Milner, GA

Salary: $18 - $21 per hour (starting pay based on experience and shift)

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities &

Qualifications:

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure consistency with health and safety standards.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, and other tasks required to keep equipment functioning properly.
• Keep maintenance records up to date on all equipment.
• Communicate with managers on the progress of equipment repairs and maintenance.
