Our company is seeking individuals with experience in Foreman / Project Management / Superintendent of heavy commercial/industrial construction to join our team.
Location:
Hybrid GA

Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or Superintendent
- Construction Management of electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment within National and Local Electric Codes; demonstrate knowledge and skills for electrical installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
- Utilize blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturers' installation manuals to complete assigned projects
- Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance and prior work experience in heavy commercial/industrial construction
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 and have a Valid Driver's License

- Tiltwall construction experience
- Cold Storage experience
- Data Center experience
- Distribution Center experience
- Variable Frequency VFD
- MCC Motor Control
- 480 Volt
- NFPA 70 E
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Utilize blueprints, electrical systems, circuits, and plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturers' installation manuals to complete assigned projects
- Schedule material and equipment to complete assigned projects
- Remain in compliance with current National and Local Electric Codes
- Install, maintain, modify, and repair all electrical distribution systems and associated electrical equipment
- Manage and lead multiple crews
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
